Minglr is an online event invitation and RSVP management platform that allows users to:

• Create and customize digital event invitations
• Manage guest lists and track RSVPs
• Share event details via unique shareable links
• Upload and store event-related images
• Communicate with event attendees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address and password or through third-party authentication providers (such as Google). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

By uploading User Content, you grant Minglr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit User Content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional content (except for legitimate event details)
• Impersonates any person or entity

4.3 Content Moderation

Minglr reserves the right (but has no obligation) to review, monitor, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may employ automated tools and human review to moderate content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Collect or harvest personal information without consent

Minglr currently offers its core services free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium tiers in the future.

8.2 Future Pricing

If we introduce paid features, we will provide advance notice and obtain your consent before charging you. You will have the option to continue using free features or upgrade to paid plans.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9.2 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINGLR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MINGLR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MINGLR IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minglr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content or events
• Your violation of any third-party rights

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Google Maps for location services
• Google OAuth for authentication
• Supabase for data storage and authentication
• Image hosting and delivery services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Minglr is not responsible for third-party services or their content.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and User Content after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, 13, and 14) will remain in effect

We recommend exporting your event data and guest lists before terminating your account.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality matters.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minglr regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

Minglr shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service disruptions.
